Humbl Lagree

First Class

Your first class at Humbl.

New to Lagree? No experience necessary. Whether you’re new to fitness or just new to Lagree, our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

01

Before you arrive

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed on the Megaformer, a machine that uses spring-based resistance to keep your muscles under constant tension.

Movements are slow and controlled, building strength, endurance, and stability while staying gentle on your joints. Control matters more than speed.

02

What Is the Lagree Method?

Humbl is proud to be the area’s first heated Lagree studio. Our heated room creates an immersive workout that encourages focus, intentional movement, and presence throughout class.

Prefer it cooler? Non-heated classes are also available.

03

Why heated?

Expect to shake. Expect to be challenged. Expect to feel stronger.

Muscle shaking and fatigue are completely normal. It’s a sign your muscles are working. Your instructor will coach you through every movement and offer modifications whenever you need them.

04

What to expect

Absolutely. Classes are designed for every fitness level, with modifications and progressions so everyone works at the right intensity.

05

Beginner friendly?

Some muscle soreness can occur as your body adapts. Hydrate, rest, and recover, and remember that progress comes from consistency.

06

After class

  • Arrive early.
  • Tell your instructor about any injuries or physical limitations.
  • Focus on control rather than speed.
  • Avoid comparing yourself to others.
  • Listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
  • Enjoy the experience.
